These aren't really 'frequently asked questions' as such as nobody has ever asked
them of us! They're just questions which most web users would ask themselves when
presented with a site such as CharadesCards.
How do I know my payment details are safe when signing up as a member?
When you become a member, you make the payment through PayPal, the worldwide-known
secure payment processing organisation. You will be taken to their website where
you can securely enter your payment details, or use your account if you already
have one there. The only information stored on CharadesCards are your login details
with your password being encrypted. If you forget your password, you can reset it
securely. Please get in touch if you have any further security concerns.
I can't see any address, email or telephone numbers on the site.
There is a contact form through which people can get in touch and we'll do our best
to get back within a day to anyone that uses that. Customer service is very important
to us and so we'll always aim to solve any problems as quick as possible.
Why am I limited to only so many cards as a non-member?
Like all websites, this one has costs. Domain names, hosting and time being the
main three. In order to compensate these expenses, membership was introduced to the site. Non-members can still use the site but only generate 2 heavily watermarked
sample pdfs every 48 hours. Likewise, there is a limit on the online mode. Membership
is very affordable, especially compared to the price of hosting a party and from personal experience it is a lot easier
to use this than to make up the clues yourself!
How long after signing up do I get access?
Straightaway! As soon as you enter your email address and process the payment with
PayPal, the site will be notified of the payment being completed and your account
will be activated. Very infrequently, PayPal won't send through their notification to say that payment has been made. This means that you account cannot be approved until this happens. In this case, please do get in touch and your account can be manually approved.

The site isn't working for me - what's wrong?!
The site makes heavy use of Javascript and so you need to have this enabled in order
for the site to function correctly. If you are still having issues, please ensure
you're using the latest version of your browser, whether it be Internet Explorer,
Firefox, Chrome or others.
